Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Managing our work for you.
  • Keeping you up to date on our products and services.
We use the information that you have given us in order to communicate with you through email, phone, and written documents. We do not currently receive personal information indirectly. We do not share this information with other organisations or individuals.

Your information is securely stored. We keep object ownership data indefinitely as a historical record. Other data, such as for marketing purposes, we will delete 5 years after your last contact with us. We will then dispose of your information by removing it from our databases.

  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
  • You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
